Due to the huge success of the Lobster BBQ last summer, which was Sold-Out within a few hours, this time we’re ramping it up even more with an EPIC Spring Party with Steak and Lobster Tails in a Shaughnessy Luxury Home!

Instead of a potluck where it will cost you $15-20 to bring a dish plus the cost of the lobster tails, this time we take that burden away from you and have our 2 gourmet chefs(Brenda and Anh) to prepare all the food. You just pay one low price.

Since this is a private party, you’re welcome to bring any liquor drinks to share. We’ll have water and juice for those that don’t drink alcohol.

Workshop How To Get Reverse Mortgage without Selling Your Current Home

A reverse mortgage is a loan that allows you to get money from your home equity without having to sell your home. This is sometimes called “equity release”. You may be able to borrow up to a certain percentage of the current value of your home. The maximum amount you will be able to borrow will depend on your age, your home’s appraised value and your lender.

You don’t need to make any payments on a reverse mortgage until the loan is due. This is usually when you move out of your home, sell it or the last borrower dies. You will owe more interest on a reverse mortgage the longer you go without making payments. This may result in you having less equity in your home.
